Warranty on Elpress tools

Unless otherwise stated, the warranty only applies under the normal and intended conditions of use:

• The tool has been used in the intended manner and has not been overloaded
• The tool has been correctly maintained
• The tool has not been modified or changed
• The tool is not worn out by normal use

Elpress will assess whether it is an approved warranty or not and then decide whether the tool is to be repaired or replaced by a new product.
In case of any failure of an Elpress tool, contact Elpress service department and submit the tool to us or to one of our service partners.

Use the Return note form and send it with the tool.
