Developed by Elpress, DUAL combines hexagonal crimping with a limited indent crimp in a single controlled sequence. The hexagonal crimp provides symmetrical compression and mechanical strength. The subsequent indent crimp improves contact between the conductor strands and the terminal.

The technology is recommended for multi-stranded conductors, class 5, and very flexible conductors, class 6.
