Elpress expands its Transformer System to cover smaller conductor sizes down to 8.8 mm² (Al) and 9.9 mm² (Cu). One verified system for all transformer connections. To meet the demands for Distribution Transformer applications. Our processes are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, ensuring both quality and environmental responsibility. Each component is developed to work seamlessly together – tested in-house and verified according to IEC standard IEC 61238-1. Our crimping systems are fully type tested for both aluminum (AL) and copper (CU) conductors.

Our Transformer System, previously focused on larger conductor sizes from
30 mm² – 800 mm², is now expanded with our Distributor System to cover significantly smaller cross-sections.
The system now includes:
- Copper (Cu): down to 9.9 mm²
- Aluminium (Al): down to 8.8 mm²
This expansion enables engineers and manufacturers to work within one complete, verified system across a much broader application range.
