Preventive maintenance agreements ensure the highest level of performance for Elpress tools.
Our certified service providers can maintain, repair, check, calibrate and certify Elpress tools. Following a review of the equipment by the service provider, certificates are issued that verify the performance of the tools.
To ensure that your crimped joints maintain a high and even level of quality, regular checks should be done of the crimping tools. The maintenance process includes a service agreement between Elpress and the customer, where we proactively contact you when tools are due for service. Once repair work is done, the checked/certified tools are returned within two weeks. If at any time problems arise with tool functionality (outside of scheduled maintenance checks), contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a service ticket.
